These Terms of Service govern your use of the Maison Arlen website and your purchases from Maison Arlen. Maison Arlen is an online watch store operated by BVQ DIGITAL LLC, a limited liability company registered in the United States ("we", "us"). By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. Eligibility and Acceptable Use

You must be at least 18 years old, or use the website with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian. You must not use the website for unlawful or fraudulent purposes, interfere with its operation or security, introduce malicious code, scrape or copy its content without permission, or submit false or infringing material.

2. Our Watches and Our Brand

Maison Arlen sells watches under its own name. Our model names, such as Arcis, Halden or Meridian, are our own. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any other watch brand.

3. Product Information

We take care to describe our watches accurately, including case size, dial and display type. Photographs show the model you are buying, but screen settings and lighting can make colors and finishes look slightly different. We do not claim specifications, such as movement type, crystal material or water resistance, unless they are stated on the product page.

4. Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. The automatic confirmation email acknowledges receipt; a sale is formed when we confirm that the order has been accepted or dispatched. We may decline or cancel an order before acceptance because of stock or pricing errors, suspected fraud or delivery restrictions. If payment was taken, we will refund it in full.

5. Prices and Payment

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars. Your bank may convert the charge into your local currency at its own rate. Any taxes we are required to collect and any shipping charges are shown at checkout before payment. Payment is processed by our payment providers and is subject to their authorization.

6. Shipping, Returns and Warranty

Delivery is governed by our Shipping Policy. Returns, refunds and the 2-Year Limited Warranty are governed by our Return, Refund and Warranty Policy. In summary: free standard shipping, an estimated 13–17 business days from processing to delivery, import duties covered by us for orders sent through our delivery service, 45 days to request a return with free return shipping, and a 2-year limited warranty against defects.

7. Promotions and Discount Codes

Promotions may have specific conditions and expiry dates, which are shown with the offer. Unless stated otherwise, discount codes cannot be combined, exchanged for cash or applied to past orders.

8. Intellectual Property

The website and its content, including the Maison Arlen name, logo, text, photographs and design, belong to us or our licensors. You may use the website for personal, non-commercial shopping only.

9. Reviews and User Content

If you submit a review, photograph or other content, you confirm that it is truthful, lawful and yours to share. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display and use it in connection with our store. You keep ownership of your content.

10. Third-Party Services

The website relies on third-party services, such as Shopify, payment processors and carriers. We are not responsible for independent third-party websites linked from ours.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss that was not reasonably foreseeable. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or under mandatory consumer protection rules in your country.

12. Your Consumer Rights

Nothing in these terms limits any right you have as a consumer under the law of the country where you live, including statutory withdrawal rights and legal guarantees for goods. Where those laws give you more protection, they apply.

13. Suspension and Changes

We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect the website, our customers or our rights. We may update these terms by publishing a new version with a new date; the terms in effect when you placed an order govern that order.

14. Governing Law and Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without affecting the mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve any issue directly. You may also bring a claim in the courts of your country of residence where the law allows it.
